All reservations are subject to availability and are considered conditional until confirmed via official company email.
Bookings are accepted only on full advance payment by cash or online transfer in favor of Rigveda Resort.
Refunds will be processed only upon submission of the original booking confirmation receipt and email.
Cancellation charges are calculated on the total reservation amount, regardless of the advance paid.
Important: No refunds shall be issued for cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, unforeseen events, or force majeure situations.
In rare cases where a confirmed reservation must be modified or cancelled due to reasons beyond the resort’s control, every reasonable effort will be made to assist the guest.
If no alternative accommodation can be provided, any deposit received will be refunded in full.
Rigveda Resort is not responsible for failed acknowledgements caused by technical errors, omissions, or unforeseen circumstances.
